  • Glazed NYC is a multidisciplinary fashion and culture studio located in New York City. Founded by Shelby Macklin and Banna Nega in 2016, Glazed utilizes design as a means to advance the fashion space. This is done through decreasing waste, preserving history and community-affirming creative expression.

    Glazed Studio is the in-house label of Glazed NYC and reflects our commitment to thoughtful production, timeless silhouettes, and community-rooted creativity. Our small batch collections are made to order and released in curated drops throughout the year, giving us the freedom to create outside the traditional fashion calendar.

    Each Daily Bucket is handmade in NYC using locally sourced deadstock designer fabrics. Variations in shape and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

    EXCHANGES

    We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by Glazed Studio.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Refunds are only issued once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

    Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

    Items that have been delivered but not returned are not eligible for a refund.

    INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

    Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Glazed Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

    Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless the item is returned to us.
